 Richard WELCH (North-Eastern Metropolitan) (10:00): In less happy news, in Glen Waverley Jacky Sun has been campaigning very hard on the problems with parking now that the Suburban Rail Loop has reneged on a promise to make a car park there to replace the car parks lost. Businesses are really suffering. It is not a small matter. The businesses have been living on the hope of this promise being fulfilled, and it was meant to have been fulfilled already. It has not been. It is absolutely appalling. I can tell you now, the business community will not forget or forgive this.
